RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.

  • 30-day return period
  • 14-day right of withdrawal (see note below)
  • Return shipping costs — customer's responsibility

Returns are not free — return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Can I return my order?

Yes, that's possible. If you're not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.

For your return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The order must be complete and include all parts and components. Products must be in their original packaging.
  • The product must have only been used for normal testing purposes. Damage caused by misuse is not eligible for return.
  • Products where hygiene plays an important role must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
  • Defects or faults must be reported immediately upon receiving the product.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt. If all requirements are met, the return will be accepted within this timeframe.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns if there is suspicion that items have been used or damaged due to improper handling.

    How do I return my order?

    If your order meets the requirements above, please follow these steps:

    1. Send an email
    Send an email to info@ivyandrosebyron.com with the subject "Return".

    2. Required information
    Your email should include the following:

    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photo of the product (in case of damage)
    • Full name
    • Address

    3. Wait for our response
    Once we receive your request, we'll provide you with the correct return address.

    Please do not return the item to the sender's address. Wait for the return address we'll send you.

    4. Send it back
    The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to our central warehouse in Asia.

    Never send returns to the sender's address. Only use the return address provided to you after your request.

    CANCELLATION POLICY 

    Consumers have the legal right to withdraw from the contract, provided it was entered into for private purposes and not predominantly for commercial or self-employed use.

    Cancellation period
    14 days

    The cancellation period is 14 days from the date you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), received the last item.

    As we use a fully automated order system, orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Therefore, cancellation is no longer possible once the shipping process has begun.

    Refunds can only be issued after the returned goods have been received.

    To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ivyandrosebyron.com) of your decision through a clear statement (for example, by email).

    The cancellation takes effect once we receive the returned products.

    The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    Mail orders

    As our products are shipped from Asia, longer delivery times may occur, which are beyond our control.

    Once the order is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.

    Please accept delivery and then return the products to us in accordance with our return policy.

    To speed up processing, we ask that you send us proof of shipment after dispatching your return.

    Consequences of withdrawal

    We will refund:

    • All payments made by you
    • Refund within 14 days
    • Refund via the same payment method used for the purchase

    Not refundable:

    • Return shipping costs
    • Additional delivery costs incurred by choosing a more expensive shipping method
    • Damage caused by misuse

    Refunds will only be issued after the returned products have been received and inspected.

    All returns are shipped to our central warehouse in Asia, at the customer's expense.
